Worth reading. Nothing I haven’t heard before, kind of common sense stuff if you’ve ever worked for both good & bad companies. That being said, it definitely helps you remember & focus on the good and the bad of all your experiences.

At first I thought this was going lớn be a manual on how to lớn recruit teammates and what lớn look for; instead it turned out lớn be a book of the importance of rules. Keeping a strict code of behaviors that everyone agrees on is what Singer continually expounds on, and I for one was surprised. Still, an important read that everyone should have. A rather startling comparison between the Second Law of Thermodynamics & human emotion viz. Business awaits you at the end.
